Student Staff

¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ's Office of Residential Life employs over 100 student leaders to help create our responsible, inclusive learning communities. They are selected through an extremely competitive process each spring to guide the student community ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ. There are multiple positions including Head Residents (HRs), Resident Advisors (RAs), House Managers (HMs), and Community Advisors (CAs) who are supervised by the professional Area Coordinator (AC) staff; all position descriptions can be found in this section.  While Residential Life is one of the most important offices ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ, the student staff are what give the office its heart and drive.
