Suggested Attendance

Everyone is invited to attend any workhop. Below are suggestions to help you determine what sessions will work best.
  • Academic AAs and all other Website Owners should plan to attend overview session Wednesday OR Thursday from 
9 – 11 am
  • Programmers/developers should attend Wednesday OR Thursday from 9 – 11 am AND 
Wednesday 2 -5pm AND Thursday from 2 -4 pm
  • Faculty attend 9am to 1 pm either day. If that is not an option, each faculty member should plant to attend from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm either day.
  • Communications attend Wednesday OR Thursday from 9 – 11 am and content creators should also attend Wednesday 11:30am -1pm
  • University Relations should plan to attend Wednesday OR Thursday 9 – 11 am and content creators should also attend Wednesday 11:30am -1pm
  • CPI should plan to attend Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm OR Thursday from 9 am – 1 pm

  • Campus-wide Accessibility Compliance Team attend from 9 – 11 am either day AND Thursday from 4 – 5 pm
