Project Description: Accessible bathroom installation/ New accesible door openings in masonry walls. Provide all required renovations to convert the existing 1st floor bathroom into a new accessible bathroom.  Work shall include masonry demolition to install a new wood door and HM frame and removal of existing toilet partitions. Removal of plumbing fixtures to accommodate new plumbing fixture locations by in-house trades.  Electrical work within the bathroom and adjacent corridor and in the lounge to accommodate new door opening width. Work shall also include the removal and installation of three new wood doors with new wood threshold and hollow metal frames to provide accessible access into existing first floor spaces. Installation of new hardware in existing door. Painting, carpet.
