Hailed as "the future of chamber music" (Strings), the string quartet features on viola, violinist , and brothers on violin and on cello. At Wesleyan, the group will perform Franz Schubert's String Quartet No. 13 in a minor, the United States premiere of the work on the attraction for felicitous amplitude for string quartet and electronics by Assistant Professor of Music , and selections from their album The Brooklyn Rider Almanac, which features commissions by Bill Frisell, Vijay Iyer, Glenn Kotche, and others.
